Ok so I started with the Cowan which I learnt alot of my technical tricks on, than moved to the smaller, shorter Flow and learnt alot of ­style­ and got spinning into motion and even into the books. But, the Flow now has gotten on my nerves due to the fact that the front tire hits my pedal on its way around, so barspinning in the air is literally impossible. Before I bought this ­frame­ I had just learnt hop barspin drops which was huge for me, and possibly the crazest and most fun trick I have learnt to date, not being able to do this anymore at all is killing me because I am one that likes to progress.

So for the 2008 season I am sorry to say (because I do this so much) but this ­frame­ will have to go in place of something alittle longer. Here is what im thinking;

-A Cowan yet again (despite what people say I love the thing, I would just get a smaller size than 15.5)

-A Devinci District (possibly the single speed if I can find one, this may ultimately be the ­frame­ I go with)

-Last Ruffnix (now ive never ridden the ­frame­ but ive heard good things and it looks very good geo and ­style­ wise)

-NS Suburban (I know, no disk tabs but I can live with that, it seems like a super solid ­frame­

I am partial to the "semi-beef dirt jump" ­frame­s but I can't get over the look and feel of a full street ­frame­. So im torn in that respect.

Any suggestions? (or if you want to buy my ­frame­?)

Can I add a few model to your mix. Depending of what you want if you want cro-mo or alu. There in cro-mo the banshee scratch that is boom proof. The entire line of Doberman bikes that are very solid bikes and the Commencal Cro-mo that may work. For Alu the new Commencal MaxMax is so sick, the Foes Predator is sick and light and the Commencal Absolute line up.

^Hmm, personally I do not like the look of the Scratch. Dobermans I would have to ride one, because even though may may ride them I have heard mixed things about how they ride. I will have to look into these Commencal's though.

Ive ridden the scratch with both 24" and 26" wheels and i cant say i liked the feel of the bike with either, its more of a jack of all trades master of none type bike.
What about something from blk mrkt? They are small but maybe the geo is abit different so your foot wont hit.
Also what about going to a 165mm crankset? (if you dont have them already)
You could also try riding with different shoes, ive found different shoes support your foot slightly different and you place your foot just abit different on the pedal, that may help>

Yeah I do like the Blkmarkets but they are very low. Also, shoes and crank size wouldn't make a difference, the tire hits my pedal close to where the spindle is, its really bad.

yeah swapping out parts isnt going to give you the extra 2-3 inches you need, maybe 1" max...
hopefully you can find something that works though>

Mob or Riot but that will limit your flat ground barspins becuase you won't be able to pinch the seat. Other then that i suggest the devinci or find the flow in a medium, that was an amazing feeling bike.

^Rob the medium hit aswell, no where near as much...but still hit.

I'm actually considering getting rid of my Riot just for a change. Are you interested in it? It's in excellent condition, I built it up over the winter months, but figured maybe I'd switch it up...which I find I'm always doing -I barely keep a ­frame­ for 6 months. Haha.

just for the record... dobermans are SUPER solid, just if you into 180's and 360s landing flat... then the pinscher has had a record of twisting, bending, or cracking in the rear... but the doberman MBF is basicly bomb proof
