I own a dirt jam pro 06 that has major top out what do i need to put in it thicker oil or take out air i really have no clue

I believe you really cannot do much with that, Dirt Jams, Drop off triples, new Dirt jumper 3's, they all top out.
Usually thicker oil will only slow the rebound of the fork, but hey it could be worth a try.
