Apparently it is, which blows because I was supposed to film there.


And Juan, you where planning on testing there aswell, I guess not now.

This totally blows, why would anyone sue over a somthing that is known to have a high risk in injury.

This is why they sign waiver's...so shit like this shouldn't happen.

If you read through the other topics on there, they plan on rebuilding everything by next season so that it's safer basically. I'm sure we'll see atleast some of the stuff back
