On July 17,18, and 19 i took my buddies, Mat (matwashere) and Justin, to Blue Mountain for a couple days of riding. The first day we woke up at 6 and left by 630 from Simcoe Ontario, after 3 hours of riding we arrived at Blue Mountain. We payed our $37 and had a fun day of riding. While riding we noticed a familar face riding the Dirt Jumps (which were closed) and realized it was John Cowan. THe Second day, the 18, we hit up the local bike shops and picked up some gear, then went to the hill and we were riding by 11:00. it was a great day of riding untill about 4:00 when it started pouring and the guy came out and said the DH runs will be closed for the day, and if we had been riding for under 6 hours we could get a refund, we had been riding for 5 hours. we riped off out lift tickets ran in and got our money back. we went back to the condo where we were staying and hung out there for the rest of the night. The 3rd day the weather was saying rain so we thought run to the mountain for 10:00 ride as much as we could and then head back home. We got there at 10:00 and rode for about 1 hour at the terrian park, when Mats forks locked up and would not move anywhere. Mat went to the lift and went down the hill as Justin and I continued to ride, we got 2 more runs in and it started rain again. The guys came out once again and said the DH trails where closed and we could get our money back if we had been riding for under 6 hours. So once again we went and got our money back, we hung out at the Village for an hour, then went back to the Conodo packed up and headed out back to Simcoe.

god danm travis!!! but good 2 days of riding for the price of one!
