well i found this site while looking at different type springs and what not, this will help you find the correct spring weight for your bike by calculating your weight and bike specifications:

well its just a suggestion, you might think your personal preference is right, and it might actually not be and you might not be using your shocks performance to its full potential!! i know my shock weight it 25lbs off of where it should be and my rear suspension is dialed for me! ask anyone who has sat on it lol

ya its realy important to have the setup thats is rite for you. then you can make a more informed choice on were you feal it should be on a more personal leval
