well the famous steve tossmann and i went out for a ride today, he had a pretty rouge day.
he was heading off to the walk in clinc to get checked out, but i think he'll be alright. anyways enjoy!

from the Tossman himelf:
ive now got, 2 bruised ribs, torn ligements in my back, tweaked nose, hyper-extended wrist, mild concussion, and going to physio but i can walk and all, alot worse than i origanlly thought.
