Following along the same lines as the PB one.
To start;
Two waffles with ice cream in the middle (any time, it does not matter).
This little stomach filler will come into play way too many times during the summer.

or, a good one when you have some time is fry up some shrimp with butter or margarine and put some clubhouse roasted peppers and garlic on them, fry them up until they brown a little bit. great for an after ride snack

one of my faves:
cook an egg in plenty, sunny side up, very runny
cook up some trips of ham in plnety butter, until brown-ish
meanwhile cook up some pasta
drain the pasta a bit, but not too much
put in a small bowl, but the egg in there with all the butter, same with the ham
add some more butter if you want (this is your sauce...)
cut up the egg a bit, toss it up, add some parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and there you go, egg and ham pasta.
