whats a good helmet cam to buy?

i dont know about helmet cams...there only good for one shot
and it isnt a very good one unless the rider is looking around

I just recently bought a helmet camera off ebay and its now broken.

I road it at Camp Fortune race in Quebec, and tested it on practise day...it worked fine, loaded on the laptop and played nice, great quality etc etc.

I than hit a tree, and after that it started to go downhill (no pun intended). It started to shut off half way down runs, than it wouldn't turn on, so I changed the batteries. Than, or should I say now, not only will it not show the clips I have on its memory card, it will not turn on.

Im going to bring it to a local shop and see what they can do if anything.

If your going to buy one, take care of it, and be careful with it. Make sure when and if you buy one that it shoots at a relatively large size (say, 640x480) and that it.

helmet cams only look cool for like 1 shot in a video and even then they are not cool.
