TIP sequence. you can't have a guy going left on the screen and cut to the guy going right
Transitions. ad a shot or cutaway to break up the same rider from one location to the next
identify locations with a quick wide shot,

check out this video it shows stablishing location going from a to b and sequences (same shot from diff angles made in to one, and yes you got to ask the rider to do the same thing few times)
