yeah, i have a dhx5 coil with a ti spring and i used to bottom off larger drops, so on the weekend while i was at dagmar doing some training i rode it on saturday and it was bottoming so i got home and dialed up the bottom out control and put the psi in my boost valve to 150psi and then on sunday i went out again and it was night and day difference, im sure the dh5 air should work the same, good luck! i will help you at the race if you need so, im like a suspension junkie lol just ask anyone, i have fixed everyones suspension even to make it a tad better it makes a difference lol

The thing is there are two air valves... one on the shock body and one on the boost valve. I'm pretty sure I adjusted the boost valve one, but not 100% sure as it was a long time ago. I am already thanking you for the help as I am a suspension noob. I just go ride the trail and adjust from there and make it feel kind of good.

dont worry i will make myself available to both of you and its gonna take a run or two for your bike to get dialed in so while im tuning one the other can be up on the hill trying it out. lol you guys can sit on my bike and feel the amazingness hahha, you will want to rip my suspension off and put it on your bikes

mines pretty soft to soft it bottoms out off almost every drop but its broken so i cant do much to make it better.

lol you should have seen what i did to jasons old fork, manitou sherman flick, on race day i got a hold of it and anyone who had ridden that fork can tell you he might as well had a rigid fork, then i got a hold of it and i made it much better, it was butter after i was done with it, although it still needed some new seals it worked MUCH better then before. if anyone has a fork that needs new oil let me know so i can bring my oil along, i have a dh mixture, super plush!

lol.. its tru my fork was crap.. but! blaise did make it feel amazing, he even made the lockout work when i first got it! (lockout was broken)..so ya, i'd trust, don't know what he does but he does it well!

hhahahaha im a fuckin master manitou fork mechanic, and im probly good on other forks too, and rear suspension i can dial all kinds in real nice!

With you adjusting my rebound it probably made me do better!

After riding the bike and ripping it today (mini) I have decided on holding off selling it.
