ya i jsut filled everything out today aswell. the way im doing it is mailing it, you have to print out and fill out the, membership form, waivor, and race declaration form, all of them are on the oca website. you can either pay wiht credit card or send a check, im sending a check. but ya the regestration part of the site is down so jsut do that , all the form are there. hope that helps.
