OK, I'll list what I did since I already bought my license back at the bike show. I first contacted Matthew Knight of the OCA. I told him how I had originally registered as an Independent but now need to be switched over to the new UBikeTV team. His response was to send in my UCI card with a note attached saying that I was to race on the UBikeTV team. He also said that there is a $10 charge but will be waived because of UBike being brand new and all. I waited a week and a half and my new UCI card came back saying that I now race for team UBikeTV....yeaaaaaaa!!
